For 36 years, Racionais MC’s have narrated the reality of São Paulo’s outskirts, inspiring generations to reshape their futures. Launching as part of the first wave of Spotify’s Fan Life series, the initiative amplified this living legacy through a strategic partnership with Guia Negro, mapping key locations across the city: from KL Jay’s mother’s house, where the group first rehearsed, to the iconic welcome graffiti in Capão Redondo. Superfans were taken on a guided tour across these landmark spots from the North to the South Zone, each marked with a commemorative plaque.

To anchor the experience, a printed guide map was designed featuring route details, location descriptions, and documentary photography of each site. The reverse side features a rich, complex illustration that weaves together classic song references (such as Mano na Porta do Bar, Homem na Estrada, and Eu Compro) alongside real fan stories, including the graduate who received her diploma to the sound of A Vida é Desafio, capturing the group’s deep impact across generations.
